This plan involves taking the temple by massive air attack and moving forward from there.
The plan is to have a big combined air/ground attack followed by a long organisation period for the next big attack.

Step 1 - Temple Attack

Everyone gets in choppers exept the F4 pilot and moves towards the temple.
Gunship co-pilots bail & so does everyone in the chinook except the pilot if he can.

The aproach to the temple needs to be done in a certain way as shown in the picture.
Gunship aproaches need to be done it a way to prevent being SA-7'd.

The phantom gets there attention and distracts them with a little napalm.

Of the helicopters Gunship 1 should arives at the temple first and circle clock-wise try to stop re-enforcements coming up from the bridge.

Gunship 2 should arive second and circle counter clock-wise this gunship should not stray west of the temple to avoid SA-7 & ZSU fire from the bridge.

Chinook should take a more direct aproach and arive after the Gunships have begun the rape. Passengers bail and capture the flag. Pilot returns to base if he can.

Step 2 - Temple Defence

Simple rules:
NO ONE BUT THE F4 PILOT GOES WEST OF THE RIVER
GUNSHIP 1 COVERS THE APROACH TO THE TEMPLE
GUNSHIP 2 DOES NOT GO WEST OF THE TEMPLE UNLESS REQUIRED FOR TUNNEL KILLING
EVERYONE CHECK FOR TUNNELS IN THE USUAL SPOTS

If we get the temple then it stops ticket bleed & we get another tank and deny the NVA a tunnel.
It takes NVA a long time to get to the temple so we can relax a while as long as we have heli-copter support.

Infantry should stay inside the temple and cover the entrances.
The chinook should move the base tank up to the temple followed by the crate to go behind the base.

Player 5 gets in the base tank. Player 6 takes the temple tank once it is available.

Gunship 1 is expendable so it goes west of the temple to stop NVA getting near the temple.
Gunship 2 is important and should stay east of the temple so as to not get shot down by the ZSU or SA-7 fire.

The F4 phantom should look for tunnel movers & provide information (a bit of napalm is always nice).
Also the F4 pilot should if posible steel the bridge tank and give it to player 7, then make a suicide run and get back in the F4 phantom.

Step 3 - Bridge attack preperations

Simple rules:
NO ONE BUT THE F4 PILOT GOES WEST OF THE RIVER
GUNSHIP 1 COVERS THE APROACH TO THE TEMPLE

and most importantly THERE IS NO RUSH!!!

This is where it gets tricky

Gunship 1 stays in position covering the aproach to the temple.

The chinook lands behind the temple and all infantry ( players 7, 8, 9 & 10) get in unless your in a tank.
Gunship 2 picks up the crate and returns the the defencsive patrol circle.

Tanks stay in position.

Step 4 - Bridge capture.

Simple rules:
GUNSHIP 2 RETURNS TO DEFEND THE TEMPLE AFTER DELIVERING CRATE
BASE TANK DOES NOT GO ONTO THE BRIDGE
INFANTRY DO NOT GOTO THE NVA MAIN VILAGE

Now we take the bridge.
The two tanks go first taking seperate routes north and south to the bridge.

The chinook goes next and goes a north route to avoid SA-7 & ZSU fire everyone bails including pilot at the bridge. (Chinook pilot goes back for the chinook after getting killed)

Gunship 2 goes a south route to deliver the crate in the huts to the east of the bridge (near the burning tank) then retreats to the temple.

Image

Gunship 1 might want to make an attack to the artilery hill to stop artilery fire.

Infantry should retreat east of the bridge after capturing it and defend it from the huts.
Tank 6 (base tank) can be used to hold the bridge.

Step 5 - Bridge defence

Simple rules:
TANK 5 COVERS SOUTH OF BRIDGE
TANK 6 COVERS NORTH OF BRIDGE
TANK 7 STAYS ON THE BRIDGE FLAG
BOTH GUNSHIPS SHOULD NOT ATTACK VILAGE AT THE SAME TIME

Image

Gunships now begin a base rape of the westen flags.
One gunship should defend west of the river while the other is base raping; when it goes for repair or is shot down the other can attack so to keep NVA constantly under attack.

F4 phantom keeps a watchfull eye on everything and drops some napalm.

Tanks take defencsive positions with tank 7 going onto the bridge flag.

Infantry cover the aproach to the temple & the bridge flag using the huts for cover.
Chinook pilot covers the temple with the chinook.

Step 6 - Vilage take

Simple rules:
TANK 5 STAYS EAST OF BRIDGE

F4 pilot bails on artilery hill & respawns at base in F4 after death; this is a distraction for the main attack.

Gunships both start to rape west flags.
Chinook picks up players 8, 9 & 10 and waits for tanks to start there attack.
Tanks 6 & 7 cross the river and go south of vilage into the flag zone.
Chinook moves over vilage and everyone bails into flag zone.

Retreat to bridge defence if the attack fails and wait for another attack

Step 7 - Vilage defence & artilery hill attack.

Gunships rape.
Tanks & infantry defend.

F4 pilot & chinook pilot support & make combined air drops on the flag to attempt a capture.
